Warning some images are very gruesome.

On Thursday 28th June driver of a trailer carrying steel applied sudden brake  to avoid a vehicle which resulted in improperly lashed steel pipes to crush through the drivers cabin killing the assistant on the spot. Driver is recuperating after suffering serious injuries.  This happened Near Udupi, Managalore, India.
