Training Content

  • General Awareness Familiarization
  • Dangerous Goods List – UN Numbers, Proper Shipping names, Technical Name, Marine Pollutants,
  • Identify dangerous and non-dangerous goods
  • Use of Packagings Including IBCs & Tank Containers
  • Selection of authorized packaging and max quantity + IIP Certificates
  • Marking and Labelling of Packagings and Intermediate Bulk Container
  • Mark, Placard containers and tanks
  • Prepare Dangerous Goods Declaration
  • Limited and Excepted Quantities
  • Segregation, Segregation Groups
  • Packing of Dangerous Goods in Container
  • GHS and EU Classification for SAFETY DATA SHEETS
  • Additional Requirements for Exporting to Europe and United States

Criteria for successful completion

  • 100% attendance
  • 80%+ score in assessment

Participants will be given reference guide with checklists for compliance to IMDG Code 38th amendment.
