Course was well designed and syllabus was planned to make complicated things look easy. Interaction showed Mr. Shashi Kallada’s research and experience on the subject. Q&A sections were satisfactory. Live and past examples were very helpful in understanding of some difficult concenpts.
In conclusion, IMDG course is very helpful for our field of work and now thanks to Mr. Shashi, we are able to provide better services to customers.
