A large container ship, Ever Given, ran aground in Suez Canal on 23rd March 2021 0740 AM local time blocking the canal passage.  Sailing in China-Europe-Mediterranean Service her last port was Tunjung Pelepas and next port Rotterdam scheduled to arrive on 1st April.

Ever Given is having a capacity of 20,388 TEUs, 400 m length, 59 m beam and 220940 gross tonnage.
