This is considered as largest ever quantity of illegal refrigerants seized in Europe. European Anti-Fraud Office supplied the intelligence to Romanian authorities after tracking various documents and information which resulted in this seizure.
Total 76,045kg of illicit refrigerant gases including R134a, R404a, R407C and R507 were seized.
