This checklist is for verifying the dangerous goods declaration (DGD) against mandatory provisions of IMDG Code Chapter 5.4. This incorporates all requirements from the chapter, including new additions in Amendment 42-24. Serial numbers 1 to 22 follow the structure of the multimodal dangerous goods form in 5.4.5.1 of IMDG Code, with additional sections or supplementary information from serial number 23 to 49. Use Yes/No/N/A as applicable. Always cross-reference the IMDG Code for substance-specific special provisions (SPs).
