22nd March 2014: Ahmedabad-Mumbai national highway, in India, witnessed the inferno dancing with death as a road tanker carrying petrol turned turtle and exploded into flames burning other vehicles and some commercial buildings.

In Indian roadss flammable liquid tankers and gas tanker accidents are not so rare!
The fundamental questions still remained unanswered. Are the Drivers trained? Are the vehicles inspected, passed the criteria of fitness? Where are the rules? Who are the deliverers of Rules? Why should innocent public on roads suffer for someone’s lack of commitment in delivering his/her duties?
