Non availability of alcoholic drinks due to lockdowns is making many desperate and opting to illegally brewing alcohol or consuming products containing alcohol including hand sanitizers.

“Some people who are heavily addicted to alcohol had been consuming hand sanitizers for the high, alcohol is not available because of the lockdown, but hand sanitizers are easily available.”
